摘要
在研究温血动物抗冻能力时发现,兔耳在一定条件下可发生过冷现象。实验表明,相同条件,降温速率越慢,过冷点越低;过冷点还与兔品种有关,我国东北地区繁殖的黑银狐兔耳过冷点明显低于新西兰白兔。动物组织的过冷现象是在进化过程中形成的抗寒特性,除受外界环境影响外,还和组织的物理化学性质相关。
In the studies of antifreezing ability for homolthermal animals,the supercooling phenomena of rabbit ear tissue was found under given condition.The experiments showed that the more slow the cooling rate is, the more low the supercooling point of the rabbit ear tissue is,under same conditions.The supercooling point differs in different kinds of rabbits.The suppercooling point of Black Silver Fox Rabbit reproduced in Northeast of China is lower than that of New Zealand Rabbit.The supercooling phenomena in animals dues to the animals cold resistance that developed due to evolution.The supercooling property of animal tissue is an important index of resistance to cold and is related to its physical and chemical properties.
