Study on the Synthesis and Properties of Multiple-modified Waterborne Polyurethane Adhesive for Laminated Package Plastics Films

以聚醚二元醇(N220)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为主要原料用丙酮法合成出聚氨酯预聚体,然后用三羟甲基丙烷和蓖麻油作为交联剂,丙烯酸作为改性剂,进行自由基引发聚合,制备出高性能的具有壳核结构的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液。改性后该胶粘剂有更好的粘结性能,主要用于CPP和CPP,OPP和OPP,VMOPP和VMOPP薄膜的粘接。

The stable waterborne polyurethane dispersion （WPU） was prepared using toluene diisocyanate（ TDI）, polyether binary alcohol （ N220）, and dimethylol propionic acid （DMPA） via the acetone method. Then the muhiple-modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared using TMP, OCA, and acryl ate as modified agents by emulsion co-polymerization. The modified adhesive has better adhesion property, and it can suit for the adhesion between the films of CPP and CPP, OPP and OPP, VMOPP and VMOPP.
