摘要
以研究气动打标系统的动态特性和改善气动打印机打印效果为目的,利用ADAMS和MATLAB分别建立了气动打标头模型和气缸腔室动态压力模型,联合对气动打标系统的动态过程进行了仿真。分析结果表明这3个量的提高与动态压力特性和气缸的机械特性有关,且是相互制约关系。研究成果将为气动打印系统的优化设计提供依据,缩短产品开发周期和节约试制成本。
The purpose of this study was to the marking effect of pneumatic marker. ADAMS and MAT-LAB were applied to establish the dynamic pressure models of air cylinder cavity and pneumatic head. The dy- namic process of pneumatic marker was jointly simulated. The analysis result showed that the increases of these three variables have relations with dynamic pressure characteristic and air cylinder physical characteristics, and moreover they are mutually restricts the relations. The results can be reference for optimum design of pneumatic marker to shorter development circle and cut development cost.
