基于层次分析法的包装材料综合效益分析评价

Assessment on Comprehensive Benefit of Packaging Materials based on AHP

研究建立了典型包装材料的综合效益评价指标体系,运用层次分析模型对其进行了评价和分析。通过问卷调查得到定性评价后,利用概率统计的原理对数据进行了处理,构造成对比较矩阵,并采用和积法计算最大特征根和特征向量。最终确定各影响因子的权重值,得到各影响因子的重要性排序。根据排序的结果和得到的权重值,对典型包装材料的综合效益做出了全面评价,并对几种典型材料的评价结果进行了分析,对包装材料企业发展方向的决策有一定的参考意义。

The indexes system of comprehensive benefit of typical packaging materials was built and the Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） was employed to analyze and assess this system. The qualitative assessment was gained by the survey and the statistics theory was employed to process the qualitative data. The pair-comparison matrix was built and the maximum characteristic root and vector were computed by the sumproduct method. Finally the weight of every influence factor was defined and the importance order of every influence factor was gained. According to weight value and the result of importance order, the comprehensive benefit of typical packaging materials was generally assessed. The results can be reference for decision making of the future development direction for packaging material enterprises.
