摘要
结合实验多维度地分析CTP工艺的网点扩大规律,采用仪器测量客观再现系统灰平衡曲线、网点扩大补偿以及优化系统的分色设置,针对工艺缺陷,适时地引入色彩管理,优化CTP流程,构建出一个合理、标准的流程生产模型。整个实验设计项目的实施形成了一套CTP流程标准质量控制体系。本研究可以作为印厂进行色彩与网点控制和流程建设的方法与应用指南,也可为在校印刷专业学生系统化理解课堂教学理论提供某些借鉴。
The rule of dot gain in the CTP workflow was analyzed through experiments and from multidimension. The gray balance curves, dot gain compensation, and optimized separation setting of system were reproduced by instrument measurement. The color management and optimized CTP workflow was introduced and a reasonable and standard workflow model was established to reduce defective workmanship. The implementation of the experiment design project formed a standard quality control model of CTP workflow. This research can be method and application guide for printing factory and it can be reference for printing professional students.
