摘要
为包装印刷机械设计了一种新型的气压传动离合压控制系统,以替代现有的凸轮-连杆式机械传动离合压机构。介绍了平版包装印刷机械的离合压工艺过程,确定了控制器的型号、高速计数器设置、I/O地址分配、硬件电路及软件设计框图。对于提高国产包装印刷机械的设计水平和产品档次,缩短与国外先进印刷机的差距有着一定的实际意义。
A new type of pneumatic impression control system for package printing machine was designed to replace the former cam-bar one. The impression process of offset package printing machine was introduced. The selection of controller, setting of high speed counter, assign of I/O address, hardware circuit, and software flow chart were introduced. This work can improve design level of homemade press machine, reduce the gap between top grade ones.
