摘要
经设计计算，采用８３０ｎｍ、３０ｍＷ半导体激光器，研制了用于肿瘤治疗的激光免疫治疗仪。其特点在于：①依据治疗方案设计了易于固定的激光输出头。②整机采用单片机控制，提高了仪器的稳定性和可靠性。经动物实验和临床应用，均取得了令人鼓舞的治疗效果。
We select the laser diode with 830nm and 30mW for cancer immunization therapy.The therapy set we developed is charactorized by its laser head of unique output style and its good reliability with computerized controller.Satisfied results have been obtained in annimal test and in clinical application.
