摘要
本文介绍了一种数字减影(DSA)血管图像自适应跟踪算法,并在模拟血管和真实的DSA图像上得到了验证。只要给出血管的中轴线的起始点、宽度和初始方向,算法利用血管的位置、方向和直径、截面投影灰度分布的连续性实现自适应跟踪。算法由外推和更新过程组成,用匹配滤波器对其进行引导。滤波参数根据血管半径自适应调整。
s: An adaptive tracking algorithm for identification of vessel contours in DSA was developed and validated on synthetic vessel image and DSA image.Given the start -of -search point,the algorithm was completed by making use of the continuity of vascular centerline,orientation,diameter and density profile.The algorithm is consisited of an extrapolation-update process which was guided by a matching filter.The filter parameters were adapted to the vessel radius.
