摘要
阐述了集成产品和过程开发是高效的工程产品开发过程。针对复杂工程产品开发的特点,从系统工程理论出发,建立了面向全生命周期的集成产品与过程开发的集成模型,集成模型是构成IPPD框架的基本单元。从微观和宏观2个角度分析了产品与过程的集成机制:产品与过程的集成表现为集成模型中产品数据与过程数据的集成,以及将横向开发层次与纵向产品结构结合起来,形成整个开发流程的集成。
The Integrated Product and Process Development is a effective process for product development. Based on the theory of systems engineering, integrated model is established in its＇life cycle, which is composed of product model and process model. The integrated model is the basic element in the frame of IPPD. The integrated mechanism is illustrated from microcosmic and macro- macrography viewpoint, the integration of product and process lies in the data integration, and development hierarchy combines with product structure to construct the whole development process.
