摘要
以TRPO/磺化煤油为萃取剂,在2L三相流床反应器中进行了固定化米根霉原位萃取和异位萃取发酵生产L乳酸的实验,结果表明,发酵液中的pH值能被控制在35左右,产酸速率高达每小时,每1L固定化颗粒产生11gL乳酸。提出了一个数学模型用以描述萃取发酵中L乳酸的积累及在各相的分配情况。
The Rhizopus oryzae was immobilized by calcium alginate entrapment method.A three phase fluidized bed bioreactor was designed to perform the immobilized cell L lactic acid fermentation.A solvent extraction column was coupled with the bioreactor to remove L lactic acid from fermentation broth.The TRPO was used as solvent and solfonated kerosene as dilutent.The results indicated that the pH value in the broth was regulated above pH 3.5 and the fermentation rate was as high as 11g L lactic acid per hour per liter of beads.A mathematical model was proposed to describe the concentration of L lactic acid in the extractive fermentation.
