实验技术人员长期在实验室工作,对仪器的性能,药品的特性比较了解,对实验教学存在问题的普遍性及特殊性也较全面掌握,又跟随不同的实验教师,见过不同的实验教学方法,通过分析比较及参考其他资料,可以找到最佳的方法以改善实验效果,提高学生探索实验的积极性,促进实验教学改革.实验技术人员应充分发挥作用,协助教师指导学生做好实验.

The experimental technical personnel have worked in the lab for a long period;they make better understanding of the instrument＇s function and medicines, and chemical reagents＂ characteristic, and they comprehense the universality and particularity of the problems in experiment teaching. Because they work with dif- ferent teachers and teaching methods,they can find the best way to improve experiment＇s result, students＂ enthusiasm of exploring the experiment and promote experiment teaching reform. In a word, experimental technical personnel should fully play the role in assisting teachers and guiding students in experiment.
