颅内血管外皮细胞瘤CT和MRI影像分析

摘要 目的探讨颅内血管外皮细胞瘤(HPC)的CT及MRI影像表现。方法对经手术病理证实为HPC的5例患者进行分析,5例行MRI平扫和MRI增强扫描,其中3例行CT扫描及增强扫描。结果5例血管外皮细胞瘤均位于颅内脑外,其中位于额叶镰旁2例,顶叶镰旁1例,中颅凹底1例,左侧小脑半球1例。肿瘤呈类圆形2例,分叶状3例。CT平扫表现:5例呈低、等混杂密度影,密度不均匀,1例内见稍高密度影,病灶内无钙化影。MRI平扫:5例肿瘤T1W呈低、等混杂信号,T2W呈等高信号,信号不均,肿瘤周围可见不同程度水肿,3例邻近颅骨骨质破坏。MRI增强表现:病灶实质部分显著强化,囊变或坏死部分无强化,3例显示脑膜尾征。结论颅内血管外皮细胞瘤CT及MRI具有一定特征性表现,结合临床表现有助于术前正确诊断。 Objective To study the CT and MRI features of intracranial Hemangiopericytomas (HPC).Methods 5 cases of intracranial were proved by pathology;All the HPC located outside the brain.All patients were underwent MRI,CE MRI;of 3 cases were underwent CT,CE CT.Results 5 cases of HPC located the brain.On plan CT scan appeared and-iso,iso-and-hyper insensity,calcification was not observed.3 cases with mainly adjacement bony destruction.on T1W images and,iso-and hyperintensity.T2W images high-and insensity . all cases were hetergenous enhanced.3 cases with perifocal edema.Conclusion Intracranial hemangiopericytoma have certain characteristic CT and MRI features,it is helpful to get a correct diagnostic with features.
