心室机械不同步的超声新技术评价方法
摘要
心脏再同步化治疗（cardiac resynehronization therapy，CRT）是20世纪90年代初兴起的一项心力衰竭的非药物治疗手段Ⅲ。它是运用心脏起搏来改善心力衰竭患者的传导异常，恢复心脏的电机械同步，改善心脏结构和功能。当前的研究显示，CRT不仅能有效地改善心力衰竭患者的症状、运动耐量、生活质量．还能有效地降低患者的住院率和病死率翻。
