正常老人认知功能与神经学检查的相关分析

Correlation Analysis Between Cognitive Functions and Neurological Examination in Normal Elderly Persons

目的：探讨正常老人脑结构改变、脑电生理学变化与认知功能的关系。方法：对４１名正常老人做系统的神经心理测验（ＮＰＴ）、头颅ＣＴ摄片（ＣＴ）、脑电地形图（ＢＥＡＭ）及脑诱发电位（ＢＥＰ）检查。结果：ＮＰＴ指标与ＣＴ测量值相关显著者不多，仅侧脑室前角扩大（额叶萎缩）与部分认知功能下降有显著相关；而ＮＰＴ指标与ＢＥＡＭ反映的脑电活动，尤其是左侧前额和额区的慢波化密切相关；大部分认知功能与脑诱发电位的潜伏期Ｐ２相关。结论：正常老人的额叶萎缩，额区、前额的慢波化可能是其受控加工认知功能下降的基础。

Objective:To examine the correlation between cognitive functions and neurologicalexamination in normal elderly persons. Method: NPT, CT,BEAM, BEP were performed in 41 normal elderly persons. Results: There were significantly correlations between cognitive functions and some measurements (briefly atrophy of frontal lobe) of CT scanning, and most parameters of the power value of any rhythm in BEAM, especially,slowing waves of frontal lobe area. Conclusion: the atrophy and slowing waves of frontal lobe area were essential sources of decline of controlled processing cognitive functions.
