城市化背景下农村劳动力转移问题研究——基于山东省淄博市城区的农民工状况分析

A Study of Rural Surplus Labor Transfer in the Background of Urbanization——Based on the Analysis of the Situation of Farmer Workers in Urban Districts of Zibo City

目前对山东省城市化问题和农村剩余劳动力转移问题的单独研究比较多,但研究农村剩余劳动力转移对城市化发展,尤其是县级以上城市发展的作用的不多。将对山东省大中型城市发展影响最大的农村剩余劳动力由农村到大中城市的省内地域转移问题剥离出来进行分析,具有重要的理论和实践意义。文章对在山东省淄博市城区务工的农民工进行调查的基础上,分析了山东省农村劳动力转移中存在的问题并提出相应的政策建议。

At present, studies on Shandong Urbanization or rural surplus labor transfer are many, but studies on the role of the transfer in urbanization development, especially in the development of counties are few. It is of important theoretical and practice significance to separately study the rural surplus labor transfer to big and middle cities in the same province which plays the most influential role in the development of big and middle cities in Shandong province. Therefore, this paper makes an analysis of the problems existing in Shandong rural labor force transfer process and gives corresponding suggestions based on the investigation into the farmer workers in urban districts in Zibo city of Shandong province.
