摘要
对比分析在相同实验条件下次氯酸钠一水杨酸分光光度法和纳氏试剂比色法对氨气分析的差异性,采用分析硫化物的吹气装置作为氨气的气体发生装置,分别测定这两种方法对于一定量氨气的吸收率,结果显示采用纳氏试剂比色法会产生正干扰,吸收率均大于100%;而采用次氯酸钠一水杨酸分光光度法则不存在干扰,且吸收率在91.5%~95.0%之间。
This article comparatively analyzes the difference between the Nessler's reagent colorimetric method and the Sodium salicylate-sodium hypochlorite spectrophotometric method in analyzing ammonia. We use the blowing device of analyzing Sulfide as the producing device of ammonia. Then we determine the absorptivity of the same amount ammonia respectively. In this experiment we find that the Nessler's reagent colorimetric method can cause the plus interference and the absorptivity is all greater than 100%. While the Sodium salicylate-sodium hypoehlorite spectrophotometric method doesn't cause any interference and the absorptivity is between 91.5%~95.0%. So we propose to use the Sodium salicylate-sodium hypochlorite spectrophotometric method as the first one to analyze ammonia.
