摘要
论述工程造价的全过程控制,即建设项目从预可行性研究阶段工程造价的预测开始,到工程实际造价的确定和经济评价为止的整个建设期间的工程造价控制管理。
This paper describes the whole-process during the whole engineering process from the forecast of of engineering cost, i.e. engineering cost control engineering cost at prefeasibility study stage to determination of real engineering cost and economic appraisal of the project.
