乳杆菌对小鼠阴道滴虫感染影响的研究

RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF LACTOBACILLUS ON INTRAVAGINAL INFECTION WITH TRICHOMONAS VAGINALLS IN MOUSE

本文对３２只Ｂａｌｂ／ｃ小鼠阴道定量接种乳杆菌，然后人工感染滴虫，观察不同量的乳杆菌接种后，小鼠阴道滴虫的感染率。

Thirty two estvogenized Balb/c mice were inoculated intravaginally with quantitative (10~7CFU/ml, 10~9CFU/ml) Lactobacillus delbrueckii and then were infected with T. vaginalis. We authors observed and compared the relations between the T. vaginalis infectivity and the quantity of Lactobacillus inoculated. The results showed that from day 10 after infection with T. vaginalis,the group inoculated of Lactobacillus delbrueckiie (10~7CFU/ml) showed higher infectivity and a longer duration of infection than untreated mice. However, the group inoculated 10~9CFU/ml Lactobacillus delbrueckii showed not infected.
