北部湾划界,很多渔民面临转产转业的困境,渔民转产转业是海洋渔业结构战略性调整的必然选择。政府要创造一个有利于渔民转产转业、稳定生产生活的政策环境,同时要加强中越渔业合作,加快渔区产业结构调整,引导渔民成功转产。

When the marine lines are delimited between China and Vietnam, many fishermen are facing the difficulty of transferring their jobs. Transferring fishemen＇s jobs is a good way to adjust the fishery, structure,so the government should make out proper policies favorable to the transferring of fishermen＇s jobs, meanwhile, should strengthen the cooperation with Vietnam, and improve the restructuring of fishery.
