摘要
利用YG8和山东工业大学研制的SiC晶须增韧新型陶瓷刀具(JX—1)对航空高温镍基合金GH761进行了切削试验.结果表明:在相同的切削条件下,JX—1的刀具耐用度比YG8高许多.本文还对JX—1在不同切削条件下的磨损机理进行了研究.
Cutting tests were carried out on an air material Nickelbased alloy GH761 with YG8 and the SiC whisker reinforced ceramic cutting tool which developed by Shandong University of Technology. The results show that JX-1's tool life is much longer than YG8's at the same conditions. Wear mechanisms of JX-1 were also studied when cutting GH761 with different cutting speeds in this paper.
