中国农村女性人力资源开发的困境及其对策思考

Difficulty and Countermeasures of the Exploration of Chinese Rural Female Resources

目前,我国农村女性人力资源开发极为不足,其主要原因是农村女性受教育程度不够。制约农村女性教育不足的因素很多,经济上、观念上和教育体制等方面影响较大。开发农村女性人力资源必须重点从教育入手,克服一系列不利于女性教育的因素,如提高对女性人力资源开发的认识、增加对农村教育的投资、完善农村成人教育体制等。

Nowadays, the exploration of Chinese rural female resources is insufficient, mainly due to the low level of their education. Factors limiting their education lie in the influence of economy, concept and education institution. The work should start with education, conquering negative influences, improving awareness, investment and adult education institution.
