With the development of information technology in education, information technology training for primary and secondary school teachers has become the major oomponent of eontinuing education. Under the inspiration and guidance of successful cases, from the current situation and existing problems in the training, this paper probes into ways to make efficiency use of the performance technology in the training, and opens up a new way of thinking.
