加强中小企业领导干部修养浅析

中小企业领导干部要加强政治、品德、知识、能力、身心等几个方面的修养,从而提高驾驭企业经营与管理的能力。本文从内省、学习、借鉴、慎独、超越等五个方面论述了加强中小企业领导干部修养的方法。内省是领导干部修养的必要方法,学习是领导干部修养的基本方法,借鉴是领导干部修养的重要方法,慎独是领导干部修养的特殊方法,超越是领导干部修养的本质方法。

The leading cadres of small and medium-sized enterprises should cultivate themselves in the fields of polities, moral, knowledge, capability, body and mind, etc., so as to improve their abilities to operate and manage the enterprises. This paper elabo- rates on the five methods of introspection, study, emulation, self-restraint and transcendence in which the leading cadres could strengthen their self-cultivation. Introspection is necessary; study is basic; emulation is important; self-restraint is particular;, transcen- dence is essential.
