摘要
进行白苏挥发油提取及该提取物对大白鼠的中毒试验,研究白苏的毒性机理。结果表明:白苏的主要药理成分—挥发油,在一定的浓度下可以致毒,主要是使动物神经系统致毒,严重中毒者可致死亡。同时初步讨论了白苏的致毒机理。
The volative oil was extracted from P.frutescens,which was the main medical component and the toxicity of the oil was tested on rat.The oil maily affected the nerve system of animal and sometimes fatally when reaching a certain concentration.The mechanism of the toxicity was also discussed,
