摘要 输电能力问题是近年来电力工程界和学术界研究的热点之一,目前已出现很多计算电网输电能力的数学模型和求解方法,但真正可为调度人员使用的电网输电能力综合分析软件却鲜见报道。本文对基于C#及FORTRAN语言混合编程开发的电网输电能力综合评价系统,介绍了其项目背景、研究内容、软件结构、系统功能,并指出了该系统的创新之处和优点:输电能力计算、分析与评价一体;同时提供适应不同计算需求的多种分析方法;注重采用输电能力研究领域的最新研究成果等。在山东电网的成功应用证明了该系统软件的实用性与使用的方便性,具有应用推广价值。 Power grid transfer capability research is a new hotspot in both system research and engineering field. Many model and solutions dealing with transfer capability calculation have been studied, while the report about applied transfer capability comprehensive analysis software is rare. The project background and research content, also the structure and function of designed transfer capability comprehensive evaluation system, which is programmed by C# and FORTRAN mixed are introduced. The innovations and merits of the system are also pointed out, that are, transfer capability calculation, analysis and evaluation incorporated; multi-methods suited for different calculation requirements offered together; paying attention to the adoption of newly research outcome in transfer capability research field, etc. The successful application in Shandong power grid demonstrates the practicability and convenience of the software, which has the merit of generalization.
