摘要
本文运用协整检验和Granger因果检验的方法对厦门市房地产投资额与国内生产总值的关系进行了分析。实证研究表明:厦门市房地产投资额与国内生产总值之间存在均衡的协整关系,Granger因果检验表明,厦门是房地产投资是GDP增长的原因。短期内,房地产投资的增长拉动了厦门市国内生产总值的增长。
Based on the data of real estate investment and gross domestic production in Xiamen City, the paper uses Cointegration test and Granger Causality to analyze the interaction between them, has been reaching the conclusion that the real estate investment could effectively stimulate GDP growth in Xiamen City.
