摘要
采用自然沉降法对合肥市区近460KM^2范围的大气中微生物污染分布进行了初步的研究,并根据不同生态环境设置了五个点进行检测。结果发现,不同生态环境的微生物有很大差异,空气中主要微生物类群有芽孢杆菌、葡萄球菌、微球菌;交链孢霉、青霉、毛霉;链霉菌等属。一天中微生物数量最高在11—14之间。
By means of natural subsidence,we studied the pollution distribution of atmospheric microbes in hefei' s 460KM^2 area.According to different ecologcial environment,we chose fire places to make monitoring.The results indecated that microbes vary a lot with different ecotope,the main groups of air microbes Bacillus,Staphyloccus, Microbcoceus,Alternaria,Pecillium,Mueor etc.
