摘要
IEC61850是国际电工委员会(IEC)制定的变电站内通信网络和系统标准体系,目的是实现不同厂家生产的控制、监视和保护设备的信息共享,使变电站自动化系统成为开放系统,同时不同设备间具有互操作性。在分析IEC61850标准的信息分层、面向对象的数据对象统一建模、数据自描述和抽象通信服务映射等概念的基础上,建立符合IEC 61850标准的变电站内通信系统的框架模型;分析由于应用IEC 6 1850标准带来变化及如何面对突出的网络安全问题。
IEC61850 is a standard system of communication networks and system in substation which enacted by The International Electro Technical Commission (IEC). The purpose is to share information between control devices,surveillance devices and protect devices produced by different manufacturers, which makes substation automation system become open system and different devices have interoperahility. On the basis of the analysis of layerod information, object-oriented data object unified modeling, data self-description and abstract communications mapping services etc. The frame model of communication system is set up in substation accords with IEC61850. This article analyses the changes and how to deal with the prominent issues of network security by application of IEC61850 standard.
