内蒙古环保系统环境监测人员满意度调查研究

目的:分析内蒙古环保系统环境监测员工满意度现状,可以为内蒙古自治区乃我国环保系统的发展提供一些有益的帮助。方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,按经济发展水平高低将内蒙古自治区九个地级市和三个盟排序,随机抽取四个市(呼和浩特市、乌海市、满洲里和二连浩特市)的市区和郊区各2个环保局,有效样本为96份。结果:环保系统环境监测员工的平均满意度得分为63.66分(满分是85分),年龄段26～35岁的员工满意度得分最高65.19分,其次是18～25岁和36～45岁,分值分别为63.67分和62.67分;按工龄分,一到三年的员工满意度最高,分值为66.18分,其次是一年以下、三到五年和五年以上,分值分别为65.75分、65.74分和61.41分。结论:建议为环保系统环境监测员工进行长期的满意度测量工作、设计新的薪酬模式、改善硬件设施、减少劳动强度以及劳动时间和提高年轻员工的满意度。

Objective ： To analyze status of environmental monitoring system environment staff Inner Mongolia, and to provide substantial evidences for human resource management and development. Methods：Questionnaire survey was conducted with stratified cluster sampling. According to economic development level height, we ordered the Nei Monggol Autonomous Region distance of nine and three alliance, taking randomly out four city （ Hu Shi City, Wu Hal City, Man Zhou Li City and Er Lian Hao Te City） downtown area and every suburban area 2 p Environmental Protection Authority, the effective sample book is 96. Results：Inner Mongolia Environmental Protection Authority staff average degree of satisfaction score being 63.66 mark （full mark is 85 mark）. Degree of satisfaction for age group 26 - 35 - year - old employees score is 65.19 mark which is taller than most, the following is the age group 18 - 25 - year - old employees, marking 63.67. The third is the age group 36 - 45 - year - old employees in 62.67 mark. According to the years of work, the arriving at 3 years employee degree of satisfaction is maximal one , turning value into 66.18 mark, the following for 1 year secondly, from 3 years to 5years and above 5years, turning value difference into 65.75 mark , 65.74 mark and 61.41 mark.. Conclusion：The long -term satisfaction survey should be proposed in the staff of Environmental Protection Authority, design the new Pay, improve hardware facilities, cut down the intensity of labor and work hours and improve degree of satisfaction of young employee.
