摘要
对三江源地区经济、财政增长与青海省进行对比分析，主要分析的指标有财政收入、GDP、财政弹性系数及三次产业的结构。找出三江源地区经济的基本特征，在此基础上，提出三江源地区经济发展、资金投入的相关建议，以便有效的对三江源地区进行保护和利用。
The analysis of economics .finance of Sanjiangyuan, the primary index includes finance ineome.GDP.finanee elastieity coefficient and three industrial structure, compare these issues with Qinghai province. Thus some basic features will be found.In this base, some proposals of economics development and funds usage will be given in order to protect and use the area effectively.
