摘要
本文报道了丙酸氯倍他索的二次导数线性扫描吸附溶出伏安法测定。在pH7.5的B-R底液中,丙酸氯倍他索有一清晰的阴极峰,峰电位为-1.23V,表面活性剂CTMAB可降低相应电极反应的活化能,对该峰产生促进作用,使峰电位正移至-1.17V,峰电流增大,其值与丙酸氯倍他索浓度在1.0×10-7~2.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系。用于样品分析,结果良好。文中详细讨论了该峰的极谱条件,电流性质及反应机理。研究表明该峰为丙酸氯倍他索分子内A环共轭体系中酮羰基的电还原所致,具有吸附性质,相应电极过程不可逆。
The determination of clobetasol propionate by the method of second derivative linear sweep adsorptive stripping voltammetry was reported.In the B R buffer solution(pH7.5),a clear cathodic peak of clobetasol propionate was found and the peak potential was -1.23v. The electrode reaction was prompted by the additonal of surfactant (CTMAB) and the peak potential was shifted to -1.17V. The peak current was proportional to the concentration of clobetasol propionate in the range of 1.0 ×10 -7 ~10-2.0×10 -5 mol/L.Good results were found in the application to the sample determination.The polarographic behavior of the compound was also discussed,and it was found that the cathodic peak was contributed to the reduction of carbonyl group in the conjugated system of clobetasol propionate molecular.
