锁定钢板与带锁髓内钉治疗复杂股骨骨折

A preliminary study on lock plate and locking intramedullary nail in treatment of complex fracture of femur.

目的探讨带锁髓内钉与锁定钢板用于股骨复杂骨折的疗效。方法搜集我院根据AO分型为较复杂的股骨各段骨折并经经带锁髓内钉固定和锁定钢板内固定的病例69例,从手术并发症、患者满意度方面进行比较并综合分析。结果经卡方检验,两组在手术并发症的发生率和患者的满意率两方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。锁定钢板内固定并发症较少且满意度高。结论锁定钢板固定股骨复杂骨折疗效优于带锁髓内钉固定。

Objective To investigate locking intramedullary nail and lock plate for treatment of complex fracture of femur. Methods According to AO classification for more complicated femur fracture, sixty - nine cases treated with locking intramedullary nall fixation or lock plate fixation were divided into two groups, and their method for operations, surgical complications and satisfaction aspects of patients were compared. Results The result of study showed that the difference in incidence of postoperative complications and rate for satisfactory of patients was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The complications of lock plate fixation were less than that of locking intramedullary nail fixation and its rate of satisfaction was also higher. Conclusion The efficacy of lock plate fixation in treatment of complex fracture of femur is superior to locking intramedullary nailing.
