摘要
目的了解饮食干预对高血压病患者的疗效。方法对102例确诊为高血压的患者进行饮食方面指导,给予科学合理的饮食干预。结果饮食干预3个月后患者血压均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05)。结论不良的饮食习惯对高血压产生不同程度的影响,通过饮食干预,建立健康的生活方式,能有效地降低患者血压。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of dietotherapy in treatment of hypertensive patients. Methods The guidance on diemtherapy for suitable diet had been carried out in 102 patients with hypertension. Results The blood pressure in all patients had been decreased after dietotherapy taken for three months ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Unhealthy dietary habit can influence blood pressure. Healthy life style can be established through dietotherapy and it can effectively decrease blood pressure.
