A study of the separation behavior of Zn 2+ 、Cd 2+ 、Co 2+ ions on cerium metalphosphate stationary by ion exchange chromatography using sodium tartrate,tartaric acid and sodium chloride as the eluent is performed,the effects of concentration and flow rate of the eluents on retention time,resolution and column efficiency are investigated.This method is applicable to the determination of Co 2+ in the mixture of Zn 2+ 、Cd 2+ 、Co 2+ ions.
