摘要
介绍了在原设备基础上采用165mm×165mm代替150mm×150mm结晶器、优化拉速、二冷配水、电磁搅拌等工艺参数、稳定生产大断面SWRH82B铸坯的实践。比较了两种铸坯的内部组织,分析了铸坯质量改善的原因,找到提高铸坯质量的途径。
165mm square mold was used to replace the existing 150mm spuare one. Operation parameters were optimized such as casting speed, secondary cooling water distribution and EMS etc. Through comparison on internal casting structures of the two cast SWRH82B billets with different sections, measures were found to improve the billet quality.
