摘要
综述了结晶器保护渣渣膜结晶矿相的种类、形态及钢种对矿相的要求,分析了保护渣中各成分、碱度对渣膜结晶矿相的影响,并讨论了冷却速率对结晶度、晶体尺寸的影响。
Different kinds and shapes of mineralogical phases in the mold flux film were studied. Requirements to mold flux used for different steel grades were analyzed. The influences of cooling rate in the mold on flux crystallization ratio and the crystal size were discussed.
