摘要
本文研究了稀土硅铁合金不同加入量对硼铸铁机械性能和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,当加入量为0.4%时,σb=284MPa,HB=220,耐(酸)腐蚀性能最好。而且随温度升高,稀土硼铸铁耐(酸)腐蚀速度增大,随介质中pH值减小,耐(酸)腐蚀速度也增大。
This paper studied machanical property and corrosion resistance of containing boron cast iron,which was modified by RE-Si alloy.The results show that σ b=284MPa,HB=220,and the corrosion resistance is best when RE-Si alloy addition amount is 0.4%.Moreover,the higher temperature,the higher rate of corrosion, and the smaller pH, the higher rate of corrosion for boron cast iron with RE-Si alloy.
