摘要 MICA (major histocompatibility complex class I chain-related gene A)基因是MIC基因家族的一个成员.表达MICA抗原。MIC是非经典的HLA—I类链相关基因家族。位于6号染色体.MICA和MICB为其功能基因,两者有80%的同源性。最近的研究发现,MICA抗原在移植免疫中作用重大。本文就MICA抗原的分子结构、多态性、表达及其与细胞免疫、体液免疫的关系等方面作一综述。
