铸铁表面感应加热熔覆Zn的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用快速感应加热技术对铸铁表面锌熔覆的工艺、熔覆层组织、熔覆层与基体之间界面等进行了研究,并用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪等对熔覆层及其界面进行了分析。试验结果表明,感应加热熔覆速度快,热影响区小,熔覆层的组织均匀细致,表面光滑平整。由于在熔覆层与界面处锌与铁形成FeZn6.67和FeZn15等Fe-Zn化合物,所以熔覆层与基体之间可以获得结合强度比较高的冶金结合。 A uniform and adherent Zn coating on cast surface was prepared by HF( high freguency) induction cladding. Microstructure,interface structure and phase structures of the coating were analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The experiment shows that HF induction cladding has the character of high cladding speed,narrow heat-affected zone,dense coating micro-structure and smooth cladding surface. Because FeZn6.67 and FeZn15 compounds can be formed in the interface between the coating and the substrate ,the bonding at the interface belong to a kind of metallurgical bonding with high bonding strength.
