摘要
0Cr13Ni5Mo经过焊后热处理后,熔敷金属的断裂韧性得到了恢复。这主要是由于经过焊后热处理,一方面在熔敷金属中形成了板条状马氏体,使得马氏体组织软化;另一方面由于马氏体在回火过程中部分转变成逆变奥氏体(γ′相),逆变奥氏体的特点和在马氏体基体中的分布,使熔敷金属的断裂韧性得到提高。探讨了在热处理时产生的逆变奥氏体对熔敷金属的断裂韧性恢复中所起作用的大小。
By way of the postweld heat treatment,the toughness of deposited metal of 0Crl3Ni5Mo was improved. This is because that the martensite in deposited metal was lath shaped and a little retained austenite was formed during the heat treatment. The effect of retained austenite formed during the postweld heat treatment on the fracture toughness of deposited metal was discussed.
