摘要
介绍一种混配比例有严格要求的气体混合系统自动控制方法。控制系统通过计算机实现各功能的显示、调整和控制,主控界面包括气路控制监测、系统自检、参数设置、精度调整、传感器标设等单元。控制系统主要由计算机、信号采集传感器、信号调理板、数模转换和执行机构几部分组成。系统输出端的气体分析仪适时采集输出气体混配比例信息,计算机经相应程序对信息分析处理并与设定参数比较后指挥调控气体输入端的比例阀开度,由此形成闭环回路,从而实现对气体混配比例的严格、精确控制。
This paper introduces an automatic controlling method for air mixing system. This system realizes all functions such as displaying,adjusting and controling. by computer. The master interface includes controling and monitoring of air circuit self-checking,parameter setting,precision adjusting and standard devices of the sensor and so on. The control system is mainly composed of computer,signal collecting sensor,signal debug board,D/A conversion device,executing unit. The air analyzer at the output of the system gathers up real time information about air mixing proportions,and computer analyses the information by using corresponding programs,and compares with the parameter specified,and then instructs the valves at the input for proper opening. Then a closed loop is formed,and accurate control of the air mixing proportions is realized.
