摘要
利用Fritsch Pulversitte 5型行星式球磨机、扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱仪和X射线衍射仪研究了3Fe/Al元素混合粉末的机械球磨过程以及球磨过程中混合粉末与环境介质的相互作用。研究证实,球磨过程中存在颗粒断裂、冷焊机制,球磨20h产物为-αFe(Al)固溶体,其表面生成一层由Fe2O3和Al2O3组成的氧化膜。
The ball milling of 3Fe/Al powder mixture was conducted on a Frisch Pulversitte 5 type ball mill. The evolution of structure and phases of the powder mixture and interaction of the powder with surroundings in the process of ball milling were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that cold welding and fracturing of particles occurs during milling. The final product of the ball milling is supersaturated solid solution of α-Fe(Al) which is covered with a thin film of Fe2O3 and Al2O3.
