焊缝金属微动磨损性能研究

摘要 采用埋弧焊工艺制备16Mn钢焊件,从焊态无缺陷的焊缝金属上截取并制备微动磨损试验用试样,从焊缝中心开始向焊接热影响区侧截取系列微动磨损试样,各试样摩擦面彼此间隔2mm。对获得的焊缝不同位置金属试样进行了微动磨损试验,研究了焊缝金属的微动磨损性能。结果表明:在选定的微动磨损试验参数下,微动处于完全滑移状态;磨损的金属是分层、块状脱落的;焊缝不同位置金属具有类似的摩擦特性,但耐磨损性能不同;焊缝不同位置金属组织不同,微动磨痕形貌存在差异。 The 16Mn steel weld was prepared by automatic submerged arc welding and the samples for fretting test were cut from the as-weld metal. The first sample was located in the center of the weld metal where there was two millimeters space between each two samples friction sides. The fretting tests of the weld metal samples were conducted in different location to study the fretting performance of weld metal and the results show that the fretting was in gross slip zone, and the worn metal was delaminated into pieces. The fretting characteristic curves possessed similar shapes for all the samples, but there was distinguished wear resistance between weld metals which the microstructure discrepancy of the weld metals appeared different fretting scar appearances.
