摘要 某海上平台需要一台生产燃气冷却器,换热管和管板处均采用工业纯钛TA2。管与管板焊接采用自动TIG焊。介绍了钛管板的角接填丝TIG焊接工艺,根据钛的焊接性,选取合理的保护措施以及合适的焊接参数,解决了因空气污染焊缝和近缝热影响区而导致焊接接头脆化的问题,确保了焊接接头质量,对实际生产中钛的焊接具有一定的指导意义。 The heat exchanger' s tube and the tube-sheet of gas cooler in offshore platform was made from pure titanium(TA2) in which the gas run along the shell-pass and the seawater run along the tube-pass, and joining of the tube and tube-sheet is usually using automatic TIG welding. The filler welding technology of the titanium tube and tube-sheet was introduced which according to the weldability of the titanium, rational protection method and welding parameters were developed, and the puzzle of embrittlement was solved of the heat-affected zone as well as the polluted weld by the air. The results possess guiding meaning for welding titanium in practice.
