脉冲MAG自动焊在膜式壁制造中的应用

摘要 介绍了脉冲MAG自动焊在膜式壁焊接上的应用。提供了保证焊接质量的焊接工艺参数范围、调节方法及其对焊接工艺过程及焊缝质量的影响,根据测定的实际生产中焊缝纵、横向收缩量,确定合理的拼排工艺。提出了各单元片始末端搭配组焊、管间距应计入焊缝横向收缩量、管子下料尺寸应考虑工艺加长等工艺措施。并通过合理调整扁钢对中调整装置,调节压辊、校正辊以及侧压辊的压力,注意相邻电弧之间热输入量的均匀性及焊接位置的对称性,能有效控制管屏面弯、旁弯值,减少焊后矫平量。实践证明该方法所制造的膜式壁能很好地满足焊接质量要求,完全符合JB/T5255—91的各项规定。 The application of pulse MAG automatic welding to the membrane wall was introduced. The range of welding parameters, adjusting method, and the effect on the welding process and welding quality that can insure welding quality were provided respectively. Confirmed the reasonable technology of welding on the base of the vertical and horizontal shrinking of the weld in practice, the following technology methods were provided such as arrangemen welding of end and begining in parts, the distance between the pipes to consider the horizontal shrink, and the technology lengthen to consider the cutting size of pipe. In order to control the fact bending and side bending of pipe screen, the flattening after welding should be reduced. By adjusting the centering equipment of flat steel, adjusting the pressure of pressing roller, revising roller and side pressing roller, noticing the uniformity of input heat among the arc and using symmetry of welding position, the welded membrane wall could satisfy the requirements according to the rules of JB/T5255 in practice completely.
