小户型住区规划设计初探——石家庄中景四季花城

石家庄中景四季花城是国六条实施后第一个小户型商品房项目,其设计宗旨是在保证并提高住宅舒适度的前提下探讨小户型在高层建筑中实现的可能性。在整个设计及研究中,提出了适合我国国情的设计策略,创造性地提出了"家务间","创意空间"以及"一个半卫生间"等概念,使得小户型生活的高舒适度成为可能。

The Zhongjing Siji Huacheng in Shijiazhuang is the in＇st small sized market-rate housing project since the implementation of the ＂six governmental suggestions＂. The purpose of design is： First, high-rise building gradually becomes the main body in urban development for saving land. Second, the public building area apportioned by each unit in high-rise building is larger than that in multi-story building. The project designer proposes the concepts of ＂household affairs room＂, ＂ingenious space＂ and ＂one and a half bathrooms＂, which are conformed to the domestic reality and make it possible to improve amenity of small sized unit.
