与城市互动的住区规划设计实践

针对目前封闭式住区建设割裂住区与城市有机关系的现实问题,提出建设与城市互动的住区规划设计理念。通过两个工程实例分别阐述明了如何在城市建成区的高密度小型住区以及城市新区低密度大型住区规划设计中,灵活运用与城市互动的住区规划设计理念。

The current closed residential districts break the organic relation between residential district and city. Aiming at this problem, the authors bring forward an idea on the planning and design for constructing residential districts, which can interact with city. It takes two districts planning as example-a high-density small district in urban build-up area and a low-density large district in new urban area to illustrate the flexible application of the idea.
