摘要
有这样一种现象,那就是民办高校相对于公办高校而言,在学生管理模式上倾向于严格管理。也有这样一种声音,认为民办高校的这种管理违背自由教育思想,是不科学的。而事实上,民办高校推行严格管理既具有必要性,也与自由教育兼容,在理论上具有可能性;同时,还具有成功的实践范例。可见,民办高校在学生管理模式上偏"严"还是偏"松",有待重新审思与探讨。
The relatively strict student management of nongovernmental colleges, compared with state-funded universities,is considered to be against insights of free and scientific education. However, it is necessary and feasible for privately-in-vested colleges to be strict with their students in management, and it is not in conflict with free education. The paper sug-gests that strictness or relaxation be taken seriously and explored with successful practice.
