摘要
随着我国经济的高速发展以及机动化、城市化的加快,交通能源的消耗量不断增加,特别是近些年各地政府公务车采购数量每年都以超过20%的速度增长,再加上我国公务车数量基数大、排量大、利用率非常高,使得公务车能耗对交通能耗的贡献率不断递增,因此从战略的角度并结合公务车的出行特征来分析,公务车有很大的节能空间,是交通节能的"黑大陆"。本文从系统的观点出发,通过分析导致公务车高能耗的原因,提出降低公务车能耗,实现公务车节能的战略措施。
With the high speed development of economy,city and vehicle ,lager quantity of energy should be consumed to meet the city traffic system needs, Especially in recent years the purchases quantity of local government vehicles for public affairs increasing with the speed exceeding 20% every year, and owing to the larger quantity, high energy consuming and nearly all days running of the government vehicles the energy consuming of government vehicles has held a big proportion of the traffic energy consumption. The government vehicles for public affairs have a large energy saving space through analyzing the running characteristic of the government vehicles. This paper introduced the strategy method with Systemic viewpoint how to reduce government vehicles energy consumption through analyzing the reason of high energy consuming of government vehicles.
