随着科学技术不断进步,国际分工的不断细化使得生产流程在不同的环节上细分,很多企业纷纷将非核心服务活动交给印度、中国等新兴工业化国家的企业进行外包,推动服务外包的迅速发展。文章对我国服务外包发展进行了全面的分析,深入阐明了服务外包对我国经济发展的影响,在此基础上进一步分析了服务外包发展中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。

With scientific and technological advancements, the continuous refinement of the international division makes the production process in different sub-sectors. Many enterprises have non-core services outsource to other enterprises in NICs, such as India, China, which promotes the rapid development of outsourcing. International service outsourcing provides a new round of international industrial transfer and is a good opportunity for our development. This article conducts a comprehensive analysis on the development of Chinese service outsourcing, clarifies the effect mechanism between outsourcing development and economic growth, makes further analysis on the problems of Chinese service outsourcing development and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
